Refund Policy
We issue refunds for our digital products/services within 15 days of when the payment was made. Although majority of the times we receive the Payment only after the product/service is successfully delivered however sometimes, depending on client requirements, a certain portion of Total amount can be received in advance and remaining will be received after completing and successfully delivering the client requirement.
Refund Conditions
Conditions includes, but not limited to, the following which should be met for our digital products/services to be refunded
- Product not delivered (if the delivery email or any method used to deliver the product, isn’t successfully completed and customer was not able to receive the Product)
- Download issues (if the product can’t be downloaded properly)
- Major defects (if the product has unexpected errors or product do not meet the requirements properly)
